Computer Science

在3月8日到3月15日的協(xié)和浦東中學(xué)國(guó)際部舉辦的計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)周活動(dòng)中，三林校區(qū)A1和A2年級(jí)的學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐們，用他們機(jī)器人和人工智能方面的專業(yè)知識(shí)，吸引了一波迷弟迷妹們。

Computer Science Week was held in the International Stream of our SUIS Pudong Campus from 8th to 15th March. Our A1 and A2 students shared their expertise on robotics and Artificial Intellgence which attracted the attention of our junior students.

機(jī)器人 Robotics

A1

A1年級(jí)的同學(xué)們本次準(zhǔn)備的課堂主題是“機(jī)器人”。在課程準(zhǔn)備環(huán)節(jié)，他們首先完成了模型機(jī)及遙控器的組裝，并進(jìn)行了模擬運(yùn)動(dòng)和調(diào)試，以確保授課過(guò)程的順利進(jìn)行。

The topic that the A1 computer science students prepared for ourG9 students was "Robotics". During their preparation phase,they first assembled a demo robot and then tested it with a controller to make sure the actual lesson would go well.

在正式授課環(huán)節(jié)，他們引導(dǎo)九年級(jí)學(xué)生以小組為單位，完成了機(jī)器人組裝和程序設(shè)置。在課程的最后，他們組織了一場(chǎng)小組機(jī)器人格斗賽，檢驗(yàn)了本次機(jī)器人制作的成果，也用歡呼聲結(jié)束了這場(chǎng)“機(jī)器人”課堂。

During the lessson, they instruced the Grade 9 students to work in groups to assemble and program their robots. At the end of the lesson, they organised an exciting Robot Face-off competition to test theresults of their work. The lesson ended with cheers and applause.

人工智能 AI

A2

A2年級(jí)學(xué)生則是準(zhǔn)備了“人工智能”入門課堂,帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們由淺入深地了解時(shí)下熱門聊天機(jī)器人應(yīng)用Chatbot及Python編程的相關(guān)知識(shí)。

A2 students on the other hand prepared a lesson on " Artificial Intelligence".G9 students were introduced to the hottest applications on the market: Chatbot and Python.

跨校區(qū)合作

本次跨校區(qū)學(xué)生教學(xué)課堂由 Ms. Sophia和 Mr. Ochora共同組織和策劃。雖然協(xié)和浦東的小初高部位于三個(gè)校區(qū)，但這從來(lái)都不是我們校區(qū)間活動(dòng)的阻礙，更不是協(xié)和學(xué)子間相互學(xué)習(xí)的壁壘。

Thiscross campus event was organised by Ms.Sophia in collaboration with Mr.Ochora from the Computer Sciencedepartment. Despite the fact that SUIS Pudong Campusesare located in three areas, we never stop staying connected and physical distance is never a barrier for our students to learnfrom each other.

不論是曾經(jīng)的跨校區(qū)學(xué)生會(huì)座談會(huì)，還是本次的計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)周活動(dòng)的跨校區(qū)教學(xué)，都無(wú)一不體現(xiàn)了“協(xié)和浦東”這個(gè)整體之下的，各學(xué)部學(xué)子們的風(fēng)華正茂。Both the cross-campus student council meeting and the cross-campus teaching of this computer science week show that the students in each campus are in their prime in SUIS Pudong as a whole.
